My first visit, not my last. I got some old school microbraids today. My stylist was Chena. (I hope I spelled that correctly.) She was on time and worked fast. She is gentle on my hair and the braids aren't overly tight. I made multiple critiques while she did my hair and she listened and adjusted to my liking. I do think I paid a bit too much but I am happy with her work so I won't complain.

I recently visited a braiding shop for a braid take down, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. What stood out most was their accommodating nature. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that the take down process was as gentle and efficient as possible. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this braiding shop for anyone in need of braid services. Their combination of friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly sets them apart. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment!

Update: The Owner personally called me to address my concerns and rectified the situation for me & my daughter! I was very pleased with the work done, have gone back since & will continue to be a regular customer. Unfortunately, this was probably my last time. The customer service and atmosphere has really gone downhill. It was a nice, clean relaxing place to get our hair braided. The hike in prices once you arrive is unsettling also. It could have been that this was the first time my daughter and I went late in the day. My hair had to be done over. They assumed I only speak one language and did not understand that they were talking about me and how they were intentionally going to make some larger in back because I wouldn’t see it. And the parting was still medium when I clearly requeste

This was my first time visiting this location. I usually go to the one on Elridge and had no issues. The lady who finished my hair went way too far up with that boiling hot water. She went all the way up to my neck, I knew she damaged my natural hair. Why are yall using scissors and going all the way up the hair shaft and bringing the boiling water up so far? I had asked her to not go up that far and then realized she did it again anyway. YOU SHOULD ONLY BE SCISSORING THE ENDS AND BOILING THE ENDS OF THE EXTENSION HAIR. The aftermath of taking my hair down after 6 weeks after I’ve been growing it out for the past two years after a big chop.

Omg this place is amazing!!! I had went to my usual braider had an appt for 2pm they had me waiting 2.5 hrs nothing!!! I called this location and spoke with Jasmine who quoted me a good price and told me head over they will work me in!!! So sweet. I had visited one time before at their other location and had a fast friendly braider named China. She is quiet and sweet and today I was so happy to see her again doing my hair today. They got me as a loyal customer now, no "cheating" on them allowed. Very clean, nice and professional staff,Bye to my usual braider we are breaking up!!! Lol
