I went to get hard gel with short tips. I showed her the inspo and asked for natural shape. The application of hard gel was poorly executed. I politely pointed out the bulging gel at the base to which I was told they would be filed down after. Even the drill could not fix this application. There is also dips in my nails, which are almond shaped (not natural). No cuticle work included so with the bad application they already look grown out on day 1 (see thumb). I tipped because it’s the right thing to do but I will not be coming back. Don’t get hard gel here!!

Got gelx done and already lifting after 1 week, I come in to get my nails done again and show an example photo of french tip and flowers on top for 4 out of 10 nails. The lady at the front desk is very rude when I mistakenly said I want a "fill" and explains multiple times to me that gelx is not a fill like I'm stupid, and seems annoyed with me when it was an honest mistake and I misspoke. After looking at the example photo they said that they don't have the artist available to do it nor do they have the 'tools' to do what I show as an example.. to paint a flower on top of a french tip? I'm not sure if they were confused with what I asked but after talking with the other technician she goes back to me and asks if I found another photo, which she didn't ask me to do, and I said no it's okay

Highly recommend Trinh and the salon! I got a dip with tip and Trinh shaped them exactly how I wanted. I like very narrow almond nails and she helped make my fingers look longer which I loved. Thank you again, can’t wait to do my fill!

This nail salon has new owners. The setup is super cute and clean. They have 7 or 8 massage chairs with foot basin for pedicures and such. They also have 4 desks for manicures. Call for appointments so you don't have to wait. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. It took about an hour for both. The two people who were working were so helpful and did great work. Love the results. Right now, they are waiting on their cart machine to arrive, so I paid with venmo. The prices were really reasonable. I had a great experience.

I had a very nice mani and pedi. The shoppe was clean and the workers were very nice. They listened and did exactly what I wanted. I will return!
