I bought a Groupon to the store and the girl with the curly hair was super rude and refused to do my nails.

I go there every week to do my hair. The staff is always friendly, respectful and courteous. I love how they treat my hair and the care they put to make sure my hair always look great. The owner is super friendly and very professional. A shoutout to all the staff, they are wonderful!

First, she burned me twice while removing the gel from my toes. Second, when I immediately got home one of the gel nails completely came off To top that off, when I called to inform them about my nail, no one spoke English and then they hung up.. Rudely, I might add. Then when asked if anyone spoke English. He said, " I don't know in ENGLISH".

Loved this place. Very fancy and very organized when it comes down to schedule. Jose the owner has an amazing sense of professionalism. The do some beautiful nails as well.

She was unable to color my hair, she left it so long my hair fried and they had no color correction so the base of my hair and my ends were different colors.
