The atmosphere is off & hair discrimination is a thing at this place, I went here a day before my appointment to get information about a pixie cut and was declined service because I didnt want to perm my hair. She told me she didnt like working on my hair type without a perm for a pixie and that she will fully refund me, I then only received partial payment. If you have curly hair and dont want a perm dont come here it will be a waste of time.

During the appointment, Soosh felt the condition of my hair required more than a trim and proceeded to give me a full bob cut, but she didn’t consult with me first. I made two appointments one for knotless braids and another for a hair chop😳 Yes,I couldn’t decide and let’s just say the $50 cancellation fee and holding my self accountable ( i’m glad she had that in place)It’s nothing wrong with policy, hold yourself accountable people.
