I am also a stylist, and I was extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled. A stylist from this salon made a public Facebook comment that was inappropriate while having the salon’s name in her bio. I reached out privately to the salon’s Facebook page to let management know, because comments like that can damage the reputation of a business and the trust clients place in us. Instead of the salon responding, the stylist herself tracked me down on my personal Facebook and messaged me directly. Her response was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Most concerning of all, she claimed the salon shares her views — which puts the entire business’s reputation at risk. My first time here, but I can say “I will be back”. I must say that Tiffany really gave me the best cut that I have had in a longtime! Very experienced and professional. !!!

If you're looking for Tiffany from Cost Cutters in Cedar Falls she's here. Well worth it to follow her to continue getting great cuts. If you're looking for a stylist that also does a great job cutting men's hair give her a try. Oh yeah, the salon has a cozy atmosphere too.

No set hours. Answering machine doesn't disclose when or if they are open. No way of knowing if there is ONE stylist in the salon & she is with a customer OR if they are simply closed. Have left 3 voice messages for someone to call me back - no one did. I ended up calling back & got the person whom I was referred to. She said she couldn't be my stylist and that another stylist would call me back - she never did. They are located in a very poor location that is obscure & hard to find. Finally realized "their" salon was around back after negotiating a previous park thinking it was out front where another hair salon was located. Got out of car, to find the door locked.
