I bought two Groupons for a highlight and eyebrows. Bre moved out of the salon she was in and gave no forwarding address like she promised she would. I texted her several times with no response. I asked for a refund of services, and she still never responded. The highlight she was suppose to fix was horrible. It left skunk like steaks so bad that I had to get my hair chopped. She's very unprofessional, inexperienced, and uses Groupon as a means to get money and then not provide services, etc.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I purchased a service on Groupon then contacted her via phone # provided as it stated. I text, no response, called, no answer but then a text back saying she has availability this week! I got excited and told her my availability..no response. Waited til later in the evening and text again to ask if any of the 4 days would work..nothing. The next day, after 10am I called again and left vm, (no business hours are listed on Groupon); straight to voicemail. Left a message…you guessed it, no response as of 7pm that night. Needless to say, requested a refund on my Groupon and would Not suggest her if you want/need communication in your life (as her Groupon states, appointment is Needed).

$70 for gel polish that pops off in under a week. Messy job. Would have asked for a few things to be touched up if she asked my opinion, but she didn't

We did a groupon special. Bre saw us the same day and did a fantastic job in cutting the hair of my two teenagers. She was great with them them and listened to them and provided quality service. High recommend.
