I had a 90-minute massage with Jessica and it was absolutely wonderful. I call her Jessica magic hands ! The session included a back scrub, keratin foot mask, hot towels under my neck, and red light therapy — such a relaxing combination. Jessica has a beautiful, calming touch and a really nice flow to her work. Everything felt thoughtful and unrushed, and by the end of the session I felt like complete pudding. Just totally relaxed. I had a face lift with an extraordinary amount of swelling. It got to a point where it was no longer reducing. My surgeon suggested lymphatic drain massage-I’d never heard of it. I made an appointment with Heidi. She was very gentle and professional. It seemed pretty much like other facial massages I’ve had in the past so I was sceptical. By the next day the swelling was down by 90%! It seemed like magic but clearly Heidi knew exactly what she was doing. Miracle in North Main Street. Needing a massage therapist nearby in East Longmeadow I was surprised by so many choices. Presuming all would be credentialed and most would be friendly offering a welcome environment, I struggled with my decision. I had to rely on client reviews. Though a little worried about all the five star reviews, I am happy to report that they are all true! Now add mine to the list. From beginning to end Jessica was extraordinary. Kicking around since the 1950s and having had a lot of bodywork done over the last 40 plus years I have high standards and a basis to compare therapists. Jessica within two minutes felt like a life long holistic health professional who had become a friend. She listened to my story about what I wanted to get out of our session and got to work.

Fabulous experience both times I have been! Both lymphatic and sublime massages were exceptional. Jess’ style is unique, it feels like a whole body reset. I have also tried many of the add-ons, things you cannot find anywhere else!! The sauna blanket is a must do and is an amazing way to end the session. Well worth the investment in your self to book an appointment with Jess!!!!

Jessica was incredible - I’ve had many massages over my years and hers was the absolute best. A few days later and I can still feel the benefits of it (which never happens!).
