Sugar Polish Nail Bar Roswell

Pedicure on Monday 1/5/26 was awful, called and spoke with Mia who stated to come in and nails will be made right. Upon arrival I informed of the issue and had receipt in hand ($47). Same nail tech made situation even WORSE instead of removing ALL polish and the staring all over, she only remove polish from big toes and continued to SLATHER on more polish to correct imperfections. Please not 2nd visit was today and arrival time 10:25 departure 11:00. IF this was the last nail salon in Atlanta I would not waste time or money!! Quality has gone down tremendously (use to frequent years ago on a regular) DONE!!!! NEVER will I refer or patronize. Pictures below, the 1st two are from Monday 1/5/26 and the 2nd set is from today 1/8/26.

Customer service was great and they took me as a walk in pretty fast! However they overcharged me:( I got a classic pedicure with regular polish, not gel, and they charged me 37$ instead of the 31$. I got an SNS service with no take off (I didn’t have prior nails on) and I added French tip (still kept my nails very short) so it should’ve been 49$ and they charged me 65$!!! Very deceiving and unfortunate because I liked the service but this doesn’t sit right with me…

This salon was truly a God-send after my regular place canceled on me three times — including once while I was already sitting in the chair. I came in with a painfully cracked nail, and they took such great care of me. They removed my SNS gently, helped relieve the pain, and got my nails back to a healthy, natural state so I can let the break grow out. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be back!

I always have a wonderful experience here! I’ve been coming for years. I got a manicure and SNS with a cute design and it looks exactly like what I wanted!

Sad to say I will not be returning to Sugar, having been a regular here since they opened. Other reviews have noted that since Emma left things have gone way downhill and I completely agree. I had already switched to another salon for manicures because of that (she and Jane, who also left, were the best at builder gel manis) but was still coming here for pedis. Just walked out after waiting 30min without service and no communication.
