I had an excellent first experience with this salon. Jenny was sooooo attentive and careful, and her taste is fantastic! She is so sweet, and she gave me exactly what I asked for and more. Third photo was reference pic 🥰. There was zero wait for a walk-in (note: I came at 10:30 AM on a Friday morning). Also—the little cuts on my nails and whatnot are NOT from the salon. I do a lot of mechanical work, so my hands get busted up from time to time.

Omg , this was my first time going to sugar polish next to my house and my experience was so nice 😊. My nail tech Jennie was very nice and sweet she talked me through the whole process and made sure I was ok every step of the way. I also got my eyebrows done by na and she was very patient with me and my sister and had us looking very fine . I recommend this place 9.5/10 :)

I walked into Sugar Polish Nail Salon in ATL for three nail repairs right before Valentine’s Day, and I have to say—I was beyond impressed! The young man who worked on my nails absolutely understood the assignment. My design was very detailed, and he handled it with such precision and care. He paid attention to every little detail and made sure my nails looked flawless. The entire experience was professional, welcoming, and efficient. I come here all the time and somehow it’s a different price every single time. Today it was $98 for a full set. When I asked him to explain the charges, he said it’s $5 for the length of my nails. My nails a fairly short first off. And second, HOW is my nails $98??? And someone in the comments spoke on the tech turnaround rate and I totally agree. It’s always new faces in there. I wonder if they scamming or taking huge cuts from techs cause ?????

This has been my salon for years now. While techs are generally competent, the tech turnover is high and suspicious creating a somewhat unpredictable customer experience nowadays from a constant funnel of new and less experienced techs. You may find a favorite very skilled tech and come back and they’re gone- only there for a month or so. There is overcharge for chrome polish used in designs when it always chips easily as well. I can usually come in once a month- Recently had to try someone new bc my fave was gone and had chipping very next day. Hate everything about this.
