Avenna was incredible! She was so professional, gentle, and informative, which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain the process, gave helpful tips, and her technique was amazing…she has serious skills! The way she worked made my sugaring session sting so much less than I expected, and the whole experience was actually enjoyable. My skin feels great, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a comfortable and expert sugaring experience! ♥️🙏🏽

I have been sugaring for almost 3 years now. As much as I love NYC Sugaring, this location has become my least favorite to book with. Every few weeks or months they are putting a new rule in place & claiming “it’s the policy.” Today I called attempting to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow, due to a last minute medical emergency. The receptionist informed me that if my appointment was rescheduled, I’ll be charged a portion (15%) of my service. How in the world does that make sense? I understand if I canceled within 24 hours or didn’t show up. But they don’t give a damn right ? Smh I’ll stick to the location in NJ instead.

This is the WORST Sugaring NYC experience ever. The day of my appointment they called me and said if I was unable to come or wanted the appointment pushed back to call. BUT before I could do that, they already charged my card! When I call explaining (STILL early) and explain I was in the hospital (and have proof) they were unwilling to reverse the charge on my account. The woman was runs and nasty. They also called ME to make the appointment so I didn’t even call looking for them. That alone should’ve told me stay away. So do yourself a favor and use a different location or place altogether.
