Honestly, that was a really bad experience. Diana did apologize for the wait, which was totally fine. There was absolutely no introduction or confirmation of the service that I was wanting to get done today. Simply brought me into the room told me to take my pants off, and then without a single word began tearing away. I’m fully aware it’s going to hurt, but a decent provider is at least going to be checking in with you throughout the process or maybe even give you a heads up that they’re going to begin. It also looks as though they just moved into the space with having zero furniture in the front room although apparently they’ve been there for a year.

I've been a customer of this establishment for some time, and I feel compelled to leave this review after reading some negative comments that, in my opinion, completely miss the point. This business isn't about excess, ostentation, or overly solicitous service. It's about intention, simplicity, mindfulness, and high-quality service, free from toxins, industrial chemicals, and unnecessary noise. That philosophy is clearly evident from the moment you walk in. Some services require preparation, transitions, and a certain level of self-awareness. If someone needs constant verbal instructions, an IKEA-style instruction manual, rigid schedules announced loudly, or a space cluttered with furniture to feel comfortable, then this simply isn't the right place for them, and that's perfectly fine. This place is absolutely magical! The changes I’ve seen on my own skin in those very intimate areas has been astounding! The care and attention to cleanliness are top tier at Sugar Waxing Ocala. I am definitely a frequent flyer and love the personable experience I receive every time.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this place. It was very unprofessional from their simple interaction with me to the level of hygiene and sugaring skills. I had to stop them in the middle of the work and leave the place. I originally chose it because of the reviewes but after experiencing it, I have assumed that the reviews are all fake. Do not recommend it.

I had my first sugar waxing experience at the Fruitland Park salon. Tara did an amazing job. I had very little pain and end result was best I have ever had from waxing.
