Suites at West End

Walked in to tour the suites today as I am new to Atlanta looking for a space to take my makeup and brow clients and the manager Sheena’s customer service was superb! I was pressed for time but she still took the time to walk me through the entire building, showing me multiple spaces available for rent, as well as introducing me to a few tenants! You can tell she is personable but also about her business. Strongly considering making this my new home!

My braid tech is amazing!! However, the management is HORRIFYING! My first/LAST visit, I parked in a parking space allocated to the suites - turns out, it was to a specific vendor in the suites, not my stylist, so instead of the manager notifying me & asking me to move my vehicle, she decides to call a tow truck. Customer service has become a thing of the past… when I went to the manager & asked her why she couldn’t offer me the common courtesy as a patron of the establishment she’s managing of asking me to move my car, she says because the sign was out there… AWESOME management & problem resolution skills- NOT!

Review is for hairByNooney. She text to confirm appt and that hair was purchased the night before. Day of appointment she was unreachable until an hour after confirmed time. She called and said she overslept and she would be there in 45 minutes. When asked about a discount for inconvenience she responded “sure”. Waited another hour before getting another text with a picture from the passenger seat of the car saying she had been hit from behind (no pictures of an actual accident). Cancelled. Stylist was aware this was a birthday appointment before going out of town. Management was helpful with trying to reach her and find alternatives stylelist. Would not recommend Nooney

*not about the building's owner. Hair by nooney charged my girl for a no show when she sat and waited for an hour called and texted. Was there on time and never got a response from the stylist.. just charged.
