Sumi Eyelash

This is the worst salon i’ve ever been to. DO NOT GO. the lady who did my eyebrows completely messed up their natural shape and thickness despite doing a map prior. i left the salon with multiple burns on my eyelid. not only did she burn me multiple times but she was also very rude throughout the whole visit. during the visit she even dropped hit wax on my EYELASHES and instead of removing it with oil to not pull any of my lashes out, SHE RIPPED IT OFF WITH A PAPER. i am now missing multiple lashes in the front of my face along with multiple burns on my eyelid that hurt to even medicate. its two days before my birthday and im stuck with browns that are crooked. I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

First time at the Bronx location was cool. Second visit the lashes were falling out as of my lashes have cancer. Unreal! UPDATE: Third time I addressed my second visit and I have no issues as of today. Also I gave my eyebrows a try and loved her work.

I have been a loyal customer at Sumi Eyelash, and they never fail to impress me! On my fourth visit, they fixed my eyebrows, and the results were amazing. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always make me feel welcome. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service truly stand out. Not only do they excel at eyebrows and lashes, but their facials are fantastic too! I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. If you’re looking for top-notch beauty services with a personal touch, I highly recommend Sumi Eyelash. Five stars all the way!

Pleaseeee go here!!!! They always do me right and their work is worth every single penny. At first I questioned why it was $12 for eyebrow threading but trust me it’s really worth paying for! I always go to get my eyebrows done here and they eat up every time. They always take their time with precision and they don’t rush to make sure both eyebrows are even. Last salon I went to at fordham would do it too quickly that they messed up my eyebrows last summer…traumatizing to say the least. The East Asian Lady who did my eyebrows the last time I went is so sweet and gentle with threading although it may hurt if it’s your first time.

I prefer the Manhattan location even though this is convenient. The lashes are not as full and fall out easily after a week. They push you to use Zelle vs using a credit card. I had to emphasize numerous times I want to use my card. My other issue is when making an appointment they stated 5 times about the cancellation policy after each sentence. It was quite annoying.
