Summerwood Nail Spa

I was greeted by Tiffany, she was gentle and helpful… The spa was very clean and welcoming…. I will definitely be returning.. She delivered what I asked…. There was no wait and each person was very attentive and interactive with the person they were working on 💜

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and I will never go anywhere else! Jenny and Tiffany have nails down to a science. Everything is very clean, solar nails are done to perfection, products are top notch, massage is good and so is the conversation. I always make an appointment to make sure they have room for me :)

Took off my acrylic nails and I unfortunately didn’t have them take proper care of my nail when applying acrylics. Now I have this infection and now I have to spend extra for doctor and medication This is disgusting!

They were very nice. However it took a long time to get my feet and nails done like 3 1-2 hours. When I left my nails looked like they were twice the size they should be so it took me several hours to shape them correctly. My feet were still rough and the polish job looked like I did it myself.

I had my nails done twice and was satisfied with the service. The technician who performed those services is not longer employed there. I recently had my nails done there by another technician and the gel started peeling on seven of my nails within days. I went back to have them looked at and fixed and the staff member (new male) who was tasked with redoing my nails was overly rude and hostile. He actually accused me of "picking" at my polish and "making the problem." There is no excuse for this if you are in business. I will not support or recommend this establishment again.
