Convenient location and finished my nails in a timely manner. I needed pretty nails for my Saturday event. Lovely staff, enjoyed the banter and relaxing private spacious shop. Very clean, good selection of colours and the lady that looked after me had a good knowledge and selection of colours. I did my acrylic nails and a pampering lavender pedicure which smelt wonderful and was a divine experience! Easy to find, would highly recommend this spot. Thanks again ladies

My nail tech was out of town so I decided to try Summit Nails (I have used them for a pedi before and had no issue). I went in with a photo of what I wanted. I showed the man who was going to do my nails. He was not friendly in any way. I wanted designs on all nails but he kept saying "You want design on ONE NAIL".... I ended up with 3 on each hand. It took a very long time and he was very shaky. I left and could really get a good look at them in the sun. Immediately very unhappy with them. Within a few days one nail cracked in half and I had to go back. This day I encountered 2 different employees, both very rude. I didn't ask them to repair my nail for free, I fully was ready to pay for this service and I did. The nail repair looked hideous. You can see below what I asked for and what I

Manager gave uneven, crooked nails and blamed me for it. Asked for dip nails and got multiple crooked nails at uneven lengths. I asked multiple times during appt about evening them out and kept getting told my nails were crooked. After they finished I left for a bit to cool down my anger. I later came back and asked for a manager, who turned out was the person who did my nails. I said I was unhappy with my nails and wanted to see if we could try to fix them. I did my best to ask they be done by someone else. They didn’t really fix it, just kept saying it was my fault and I have crooked nails. They refused a refund, only they can alter or redo them. So I have been to the salon on two occasions. The first time was not so bad however, the gel cracked and chipped within three days I went back they fix them although they were not happy about it. The second visit was this last Monday and four days later, two of my dip nails cracked again. I was told this would be thicker and last longer, and it did not. Lexi was my nail technician and the entire time she was distracted and on her cell phone or on an earbud talking and having conversation with someone. She literally skipped over a few of my nails because she was so distracted. I also had a pedicure on this visit and they did not even clean out some of my nails and nail polish all over my skin. Fabulous Nail Salon! I was looking for a new place. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Yen did my dipping powder and this might me the best my nails have ever looked. The atmosphere is clean and bright. The chairs are comfortable so you can relax and enjoy your pampering. Can’t wait to try the pedicure.
