I had the pleasure of receiving my first ever cranial sacral massage from Denice in her beautiful new Location in Bridgton, and it was wonderful! I didn’t know what to expect, and I typically like a deep tissue, or Thai Yoga style massage, but this was very different, very subtle, yet extremely restorative. It’s hard to put into words, how potent such a gentle touch and intentional holding of space for tension held within the body to release, and the emotional layers lifted that allows for a deep level of letting go. Denise is some medicine! I highly recommend her cranial sacral massage.

I saw Denise at her new location in Bridgton, ME. I have had both the Cranial Sacral & Myofascial Release. Both treatments are wonderful. I have had leg pain for at least the last 6 months & after talking to Denise about it, she did the myofascial massage, my pain has disappeared. I would highly reccommend Denise to anyone that has any tensions, aches or pains.

Denise is absolutely incredible! She has the most wonderful touch. She gives the most incredible holistic massage I've ever had in my life! I just visited Denise's newest location in Bridgton, ME. The building is brand new and she has created a sacred space for love and care. This was my first time receiving a cranial sacral treatment, and let me say "Wow!" She clearly knew exactly what my body needed. I highly recommend.
