I went here because my go-to place (LeKar's near Target) was booked, and it is genuinely my least favorite set ever. I wanted a full set acrylic and despite being told okay over the phone I was informed mid-prep that they do not do acrylic. When the nail tech put the tips on my nails, I requested short. She checked for one nail then sloppily did the rest; none of them are the same length and not at all requested. I then shared I wanted a French tip and said that they line had to be thick to cover the fact that you can see the harsh line between artificial and real nail. I asked are French tips not common here and she insisted they were, but had to use multiple layers of a harsh pink on the nail to accommodate the thinner line i wanted. I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon and definitely want to share it! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Caroline did my nails, and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I got exactly the look I wanted. My nails turned out so beautiful—smooth, even, and perfectly shaped. For my pedicure, Wan was just as fantastic. He was so gentle and thorough, making sure my feet looked and felt great. The massage part was so relaxing, and I really appreciated how much care he put into everything. Both Caroline and Wan were professional, kind, and clearly very skilled at what they do. The salon itself was clean and had a nice, relaxing vibe. I left feeling so pampered and happy with the results.

Honestly, hands down the best Nail Salon I’ve been into in the 9 years I’ve lived here! Caroline does such an amazing job and puts so much love into it that I don’t think I have ever had a set last me as long as they have since I’ve been to her! And the other ladies are amazing as well! So attentive to what you ask for! I can honestly say it’s worth the price I pay!

Loved it they were super nice and quick. Love my nails but they are a little pricey for what I got done. Other than that I love it! Would come again!

Just recently moved over to Waterbury and was in desperate need of some TLC for my nails. Caroline did them and was so quick and thorough! I absolutely loved how they came out. I got a full set for Gel X and I’ve had them for almost two weeks now and they haven’t lifted an inch which is amazing. Definitely will be coming back
