Sun Tan City

I had such a great experience at Sun Tan City today! I usually come in for the tanning beds, but since it was my birthday, I wanted to try a spray tan to get that perfect golden glow for my trip this weekend. From the moment I walked in, Hannah was incredibly kind and welcoming. She could tell I wasn’t sure what to do and immediately stepped in to help. She listened to exactly what I was hoping to achieve and made sure I got the perfect color and look. After my spray tan, she complimented how great it turned out and even gave me detailed aftercare tips and advice for when I want to come back in. Because of Hannah, I’m officially sold on spray tanning and will definitely be considering a membership!

The staff here seems uneducated to current promotions gives out conflicting information. I purchased a promotional tanning package and when I tried to use my first tanning session, I was told it had expired (the package doesn’t expire until the end of June). I showed this to the young woman assisting me and she said she would correct the expiration date in my account and that I had until the end of June to use my remaining sessions. When I went back for my second visit, I was again told the package had expired. I shared that this same thing happened on my first visit and that they had put a note in my account with the correct expiration date; however the young girls working here seemed confused and uninterested in helping resolve my issue.

Mary was helpful and knowledgeable about packages, pricing, and asking questions to ensure I got the right product and services for my needs. She stood out and proved to be an employee to be trusted. This type of knowledge and care is unfortunately not found often enough in retail, so I really appreciated it.

It was snowing today, so I called to confirm the salon hours before heading in. When I got there, Mary made sure to put me in the warmest tanning bed (since it was so cold outside). The staff at this location are always so nice and it's always clean! Thanks Mary!

I had a very positive first experience and have been back several times. Was treated professionally by a young woman named Kaylee. She walked me through memberships, packages, products etc. and showed me how to operate the bed I selected as it was my first time here. IMO, this was exceptional customer service! I know it can get busy and if I have to wait a while I don't mind. Great job! I will keep coming back!
