Riley was incredibly helpful and sweet! I experienced issues with the promo I purchased being credited to my account. She was accommodating and worked diligently to fix the problem. She also made great suggestions on services. She is definitely an asset to the team!

2/18 at 7:30pm. Awful customer service. $50 for a spray tan in a mediocre bed is ridiculous. The workers there are not helpful at all. There are many promotion codes in the app they would not honor. Sun Tan City really needs to do better with their promotions and customer service.

I recently started going to this location. Mia helped me and was very friendly. I am not sure why all the bad reviews, but I found this location very nice, clean, great beds and pricing. I do feel if there is a problem you should take the gals name down and share with the owner. I have only had great experiences at this location and am an avid tanner in and around the quad city area. Highly recommend!

I've been tanning here for over a year and can highly recommend it to anyone. The beds are clean and the bulbs are always in top shape. The staff is really great as well. Special kudos to Lauren, Bailey, and Julia. Super friendly and they always greet me with a smile. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I'd tanned with a couple other companies before but between poor customer service and old bulbs on old beds I'd just about given up on having a decent tan. Then a friend recommended Sun tan city on Utica Ridge to me. From the very first time I walked in their doors I've been impressed with their friendly, knowledgeable staff as well as their great range of beds. Their place of business is very Clean, well maintained and with so many beds and having the app on my phone I can see what beds are available and how long my wait is if a certain is in use, and even check in for a specific one I want to use. Their friendliness, convenient location and great beds have won me over and seen me become a steadfast, loyal and very grateful customer.
