I’ve been a member for few years. For the most part it’s been positive it wasn’t until a recent couple of visits being told I had a 30$ credit on my account and did I want to purchase lotion . When I responded no thank you I ask when does the credit expire I was told we don’t know could disappear at any time. My next visit was at the Johnson City store where I ask hey how do I have credit on my account and the very nice lady explained that when I froze my account the 5$ a month goes on my account each month it’s frozen. But noted but you’re not showing credit today since you used it yesterday in Greeneville to buy two bottles of Angel lotion . I was furious bc I knew I did not agree or was given any lotion at that visit. I ask for a number to their corporate headquarters and she gave to me

I didn’t have any issues when I first started going over a year ago, besides always being asked to buy lotions. I have plenty. When I need more, I will ask. But it seems like it is starting to go downhill. I have made mention any time that there are bulbs burnt out in the tanning beds. I feel that it falls on deaf ears. Bed 7 has had 5 bulbs out, all on the bottom since before Thanksgiving. I have refused to use that one until the bulbs are fixed. Bed 14 has 6 bulbs burnt out, 3 on top, 1 on the side and 2 on the bottom. When I made mention this last time I was told that maintenance told them that it isn’t time for them to be changed. That is the biggest line of bull that I have ever heard. Plus the top inside of the bed needs to be cleaned, not just where you lay down at, in between ever
