Sun Tan City

The girls at Sun Tan City are always so friendly and helpful! The beds are amazing, the salon is always clean, and in my opinion, it’s hands down the best tanning salon I’ve been to. Special shoutout to Kaitlyn (I hope I’m spelling that right!) — I accidentally left a brand new bottle of tanning lotion in my room on Sunday, and when I came back on Monday, she had it waiting for me with my name on it and a note added to my account. That level of honesty and customer care really means a lot!

I’ve been coming here for three years and have never had a negative experience. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Camryn, in particular, always recognizes my friend and me by name as soon as we walk in, which makes the experience feel very personal. Sun Tan City in Greenville truly provides an at-home atmosphere and ALWAYS great results.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews but i have to give credit where credit is due! I want to shout out Camryn! She has some of the best customer service skills I have seen at a tanning salon. She informs me of deals and answers any questions i may have while not trying to sell me anything which is what i look for in a business! I will be returning!!

Me and my friend just visited and she forgot her ID and hadn’t had the chance to get a new scan card yet. I completely understand policies and she had no issue providing what was needed. However, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. The employee wasn’t just enforcing the rules she was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful, especially toward my friend. I was actually planning on re-signing my membership, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Customer service matters, and this interaction was not it. I am baffled.

Best experience ever!! I tanned for a month and everyone was so kind and helpful. Camryn gave me great information on the different kinds of beds and what kind of lotions were what I was looking for. Definitely reccomend!! Also super clean.
