Extremely unprofessional, almost seems like they have only one or two workers which doesn't meet the demand for customers. As the store is busy, you can hear people in the back having a good time while these part time ladies are working their tails off. Multiple unpleasant experiences and management needs to step it up.

Every single member of the staff at this location is a 12/10! They are so friendly, welcoming, and seem genuinely happy to be there and interact with the guests. Not only do they excel at customer service, they keep the beds very clean and do it fast! I absolutely think they should have a tip jar. I can not recommend this place enough and I do it often. 🫶🫶🫶

I don’t usually leave reviews unless I am WOWED! I have been tanning at this location for years & there have always been irritating issues with rude management until now! Both the Manager Ashlyn & the Assistant Manager Ashlynn Baber are 💯 Phenomenal! Their Customer Service Skills are Outstanding & they resolve issues really well! The way they treat every customer is unlike anything I’ve ever seen at a tanning salon. Thank You for always being kind to me & for making me feel comfortable every time I walk through that door no matter how hectic it may be for you all!

This location is the absolute best!! I felt so welcomed immediately and there are such wonderful girls that put in the work to make each experience its best, its hard to find a good place that fit you and Emma M always has the brightest smile to greet me with and is very helpful! I’ve been a Sun Tan City customer in Liberty for about two years, paying nearly $100 a month, and today was the last straw. I checked in ahead of time, waited about ten minutes, and was even told which bed I would be going into next. Then a walk-in came through the door after me and was taken straight back into the bed I had been waiting for. That is not acceptable customer service. I own a business here in the Northland, and this is not how you treat people who support your company month after month. If you’re going to require customers to check in early and wait, at least honor the order they arrived in. This kind of inconsistency and lack of respect for long-term members makes me question whether continuing a $100 monthly membership is worth it. Update: The manager reached out and pu
