Got a tour of the city deal so I only paid $20 for a visit to each each bed that they offer. The staff was very helpful and honest .The beds were phenomenal, could use a little better air conditioning and I couldn't figure out how to work the music but otherwise it was a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Awesome people great cust service best around

I have been goingvto suntan city for as long as i can remember and all locations except this one have awesome customer service and beds. Once again last night i was disappointed in the customer service. After taking my payment as well as my friends, we were told theyd be a 45 min wait. It was 30 min until closing. No where to sit. We asked if we could wait in the car since there was no where to sit. She told us that wiuld be fine. When i brought up the fact they closed at 10 the lady at the countrr said it would be fone as long as we paid and were checked in. 30 min later we went up to the door it was locked. We could see them cleaning in the back. One girl looked up and seen us i waved she just ignored us. We waited for at least 30 min before anyone came only to be told we could not tan
