Its always some1 new. They cant keep a staff apparently. Last time ved was dirty. And once in a blue moon a little smart ass will tell u buy new eyewhere for $5 to tan. 19/10 do not recommend this one!

Was not aware of the New Hours. Pulled up at 7:30 as another customer was exiting, employee came to door and turned lock on. I would think for what I pay to use your services, a simple We changed hours. Or even a We’re closed would have been a bit more appropriate.

I purchased a 1 month package in May 2024, and then was charged in July. It was a shock to me that they would store my payment information and continue charging me monthly without explaining this to me at my initial contact. I decided to go ahead and use it for June and July, but I stopped payment for August because my grandfather was dying, and I needed to be present for our family and him. Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago, and I received a text message stating they were offering me a promotional discount for certain services. I bought it. I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. It’s fine. It’s clean and fast. My frustration is with the employees not being properly trained or equipped to handle situations. The last time I was in to get a spray tan I had purchased a spray tan with double legs. The machine never did the second pass on the legs. When I informed the employee they were flustered and didn’t know how to deal with it. They gave me a card to contact customer service. In addition they had pushed for the upsell of a package of 2. Today, when I try to redeem my credit for the second spray tan, they said it was expired. They never told me that the second expires after 2 months. Wow! Worst treatment & attitude from employees ever! Faith & Taylor were complaining about customers coming in at 8:45. I had the exact experience as the last reviewer: paid for a package but was told it expired when I tried to use it. The employees shrugged it off & told me to call customer service. When I told them customer service never answers, Faith threw my scan card back at at me & told me I was being 'aggressive'. They made a point to be rude to me, ignoring me as I unlocked the front door to let myself out. Both should be fired, but I doubt anything will be done about it.
