4 days ago I went in and purchased a package and bought into buying all the lotions etc. Which was fine because I was looking to do some self care for me. My husband is terminal and I wanted to do something to help me get a break. Anyway, I have not been tanning in 20 years. I went in today and walked up to the desk gave my name explained it was my first time and I wasnt sure what I do. First they were the rudest and dismisive people. They told me to go into a room and was to busy to help me. I went into the room and waited. The bed didnt come on and the buttons didnt work. I got dressed went out to the rudest person behind the desk who also lied to me and told me she was the manager and surprise she wasnt! I cant express how disappointed I am. Was told that to get one month tanning we had to wait 30 days to cancel. We were then charged $95 each for at the end of the month. So basically we had to pay 2 months for 1. We feel like we were lied to and scammed because they didn't clearly disclose this in the beginning. Don't use if you don't like shady business practices.

Sun Tan City in Spring Hill, Tennessee is the best tanning salon I have ever been a member of , and I’ve been tanning since 1986. The salon is always clean and offers a variety of tanning options. It also offers many different tanning enhancement products and lotions which are displayed nicely organized behind the front counter. They also offer other retail merchandise that is also neatly displayed. The best part of being a member here at Sun Tan City in Spring Hill is the very helpful and friendly staff. I’m always greeted with a hello and a smile by whoever is working at the time. When I first started there Rachel was the assistant salon manager who was always so nice and cheerful. She was temporarily sent to another salon, but a few months later she returned as the Salon Director. Since

I absolutely love this location. It's super clean and the ladies there are always so friendly and personable. Beth is amazing. She is thorough when explaining the specifics of the beds and the lotions. The location isn't convenient seeing as I live 40 minutes aways but it is worth the drive to tan in a clean and comfortable facility. If you are looking for a great tanning location with amazing staff and clean facilities this is the place.
