This place is always clean & neat - but one reason I only have three stars is because- I have been tanning in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.. this is the only tan place that once I checked in- I was advised that there is a 15 min wait for a bed.. usually at any other place I have been to I would get a complementary upgrade so I did not have to wait that long ( it’s also a great marketing strategy)

Rude, Unprofessional Management I’ve been to many tanning salons, and this one has the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered. They were dismissive, condescending, and treated both customers and staff with zero respect. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, you could clearly see the way the employees were being spoken to right in front of customers. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the manager seemed more interested in power trips and making people feel small. It’s a shame, because the salon itself could be nice, but with leadership like this, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend it to anyone.

Can I give zero stars?! I purchased a package of red light therapy tans. They expire after 6 months apparently. This was not mentioned during my purchased, I went in today and was told they expired ….. I didn’t get to use over half of them. No remedy, exception to their mistake, just sorry you were not told. Will not be returning

I absolutely love SunKissd, such sweet girls work there and the manager, Abby works endlessly to provide top notch products, and up to date equipment and a lux experience for everyone who walks in.
