I went to the store and purchased two packs of hair. I took them to the stylist, who informed me that they were the wrong items. I returned to the store no more than 15 minutes later. The owner insisted that I had opened the packs. I explained that I did not open them and that if they were already open, that is how they were sold to me or possibly opened by the stylist—not by me. Despite this, the owner continued to insist that I had opened them. While the amount in question was only seven dollars, I found the situation unnecessary and disappointing. I have been shopping at this store since I was seven years old and have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. I nitially, I thought she wanted to match the credit card name with ID, but that wasn't the case She was trying to take a picture and recording information from my driver's licence I am planning to report this
