Sunny Days Tanning Salon

Is this place even open anymore? Been going here for several years but take a break during winter. Never an issue. Now I have been calling for over 2 weeks and it rings, no one picks up and then sounds like a fax machine. Website is down. Stopped by several times and note on the door says closed for 2 days but it has been much longer than 2 days. I have a ton of unused tanning sun credits. Never received any notice that there was a change in ownership or new membership rules in place. Would love to know what's going on but can't get in touch with anyone. UPDATE 4/28/24 - stopped today since the front door was open. New owner not local. Spoke to an employee who tried to be helpful and was nice but news is not good. Unfortunately, this place has gone down hill. The front desk person did not speak english and I was misinformed about package pricing on the wall. Worker said, cash only because, "the system was down." Conveniently, there was an ATM machine behind me that charged a $6.00 fee to withdraw cash! I got out what I thought was enough cash to purchase a package, but through google translate, I was quoted a higher price. I just left and found cheaper services elsewhere. I hope you have a better experience than I did if you plan on going.

I tried cancelling a membership For my boss here twice, and called the number to try to get information and help on the process and both times whoever I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and Clearly needs more customer service training. I know that dealing with customers is not easy. I myself have been in the customer service field for 15 years, and get extremely frustrated when others in the field don’t have the patience or training maybe to deal with customers in a business. She could have handled the situation better by just listening first and trying HELP resolve the issue instead of saying there’s nothing she can do until after I asked if she could atleast follow up with the owner as well. Updated- not a single employee speaks English. Couldn’t even communicate via phones.. wanted to even purchase a package- no luck- half of the doors have hand written “out of order” signs. Jackie gave me a completely natural looking spray tan. Highly recommend her! I was worried I would look like Donald Trump at my sister’s wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the results.

Regarding a review that was put on here about how the owner of sunny days was rude to his client was wrong he was very professional and explained that he sold the other salon and that new owners charged her more for her package and he advised her to go too the new salon and speak to them because he no longer owns the salon in East Windsor and he cant give money back that he never received. I have been coming here for 12 years and I never ever had a problem with the owner or the staff.
