Someone’s brows caught my attention in Winter Haven and they were done here fast forward, my mother and I are now loyal clients of Sam! We love how she’s protected the health of our nails since switching to builder gel here. I tried Sunny today in Sam’s absence and she had me IN AND OUT! I was 7 minutes late to my appointment and still was out in roughly 30 minutes for a builder gel fill. The atmosphere is great, the chairs are comfy, and it’s not a place I dread getting my nails done at, won’t be switching anytime soon 🫶🏽

I had a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt completely comfortable. The salon was clean, relaxing, and well-organized. Sunny did my nails and did an amazing job. She was professional, attentive to detail, and really took the time to make sure I was happy with the shape and color. Piya did my pedicure and it was just as wonderful very relaxing and thorough. My nails turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant experience.

Wonderful place! So professional! Very accommodating! We came in as a party of 5 on New Year’s Day and were in and serviced right away. My husband and our friends each got Sunny’s Magic Touch special and it was so awesome! It came with a scrub, lotion massage, and exfoliation. We liked our pedicures so much us girls decided to get manicures as well and they came out just as amazing! I highly recommend this place!!! It will be a definite stop when I come up next time to Lakeland. They are simply the best in the area! Our husbands loved it and it’s a great way to do a couples spa day!!!

I booked an appointment for my daughter and myself for builder gel with tips and pedicures after a chaotic walk-in experience and seeing great reviews. My service with Sam was excellent—on time, friendly, and flawless work. She was truly amazing and will be my go-to. Unfortunately, my daughter’s experience was very different. She was taken about 30 minutes late, assigned a different tech than booked (no communication as to why), and received builder gel without tips, which was not what I booked. No one confirmed the change, and since she’s 12 and it was her first time with builder gel, she didn’t speak up. When addressed with Sunny, the owner, I was told my daughter declined tips (which she claims she was never asked) and that bookings are often wrong, so they assumed the service was in

I had Sunny do my nails and she did an amazing job! So kind and easy to talk to! She made the process so easy! I was a walk in and she took me right away and was so accommodating! Will definitely be back
