I will never go back here. Got my nails done here and ghe lady had my left hand thick and my right hand thick. I told her she said come back came back Saturday she couldn’t do them too busy came back Monday she wanted to charge me for her mess up I will never come back and very rude. Stay away from this place they want our money and they in our neighborhood but they have no respect for us. Came all the way from capital blvd to get them fixed and she wanted to charge me over to fix them.

I went into the shop on today and sat for 45 minutes patiently, shortly after 4 other woman came in after me out of no where the techs began to speak their language amongst each other and the woman walked over and told me they refuse to do my nails, but I can get a pedicure but I have to wait and hour. So I said ma’am can you tell me why I’m being denied service’s she said because he said he can’t do nail for you and she said the same I said oh okay no problem. So I responded and said so you mean to tell me because I pay good money for services and because he messed my nails up, after I explained to him my nails weren’t shaped the same, and your coworker as well was trying to tell him the same thing. Mind you everything before that particular incident everything was cool. Situations like

Used to come here frequently but stopped because the service went down. Asked them to do a design they had in the shop and they said they couldn’t. Asked them if they did any designs at all and they said no. I’ve gotten designs before but all of a sudden they don’t do designs on nails smh.

I go here at least once every two weeks and my nails never come off. They are always nice to me and make sure that I am always happy and I never have to wait when I walk in. They’re always able to do what I ask and never disappoint. Lee is fast and always does my nails. I won’t go anywhere else

Going to the salon in the past , the first time getting my nails done, was a great experience, I absolutely love them, the second time getting my nails done I wasn't very happy, the lady made me feel really bad so I didn't go back, but this time I had the most awesome experience, this time I had a man do my nails, he was so, so nice he cared about what he was doing my to nails, also what I wanted he gave me exactly what I wanted, he was just great he want to please me, my nails are beautiful I'm very happy with them and I will go back again as long as he be the one do my nails every time, so if you going to Sonny's nails always choose this man has gray hair slim he's a very happy guy thank you so much to Sonny's.
