I love how my nails turn out they did exactly what I wanted and I love my nails i will most definitely will be back.

They gave me a new technician and the pedicure looked like a child tried to apply polish. I've been there many times and never had such a terrible polish job. She did a great job, however, on the liquid paraffin wax application to my feet.

They were kind and the prices were great, however the actual work was terrible. Got individual lashes that looked a mess as if they were stuck on in the dark. Update: The woman had me keep my eyes open during application and something happened because I now have infected eyes. I went back to have them removed and the woman was struggling due to all the glue she had put on. I then heard the tell tale sound of scissors. Opened my eyes, a small chunk of my eyelashes are missing! Then they tried to charge me! Once they saw how bad it was the woman got mad and told me to just go. AVOID this place at all cost! I implore you to look at the YELP reviews on this place. Had I seen them I probably would not have come here...

Nice staff. Not sanitary. Pedicure/Manicure quality low. When I got in they try to up-sale you really hard. The order of the pedicure steps was inconsistent. No working steps it seemed, steps missed on either foot. When I was getting my feet trimmed and scrubbed the lady went and got me a water then proceeded to give everyone else waters with the gloves on that she had been working in on my feet, grabbing the caps of the water bottles. I work in the dental field and pay close attention to sanitation. She also grabbed the phones and tip cash frequently with the same gloves on. My paint that I left with wasn't smooth around the edges on my feet or toes in which two different women completed services. Went here for several years and although there has always been aggressive upselling, I was fairly satisfied most of the time. However, in the past few visits, the owner has become increasingly rude and the salon has gotten dirty. Really dirty. (God only knows what all is sticking to those COVID shields that stand about 6” from your face, but nothing that a daily wash with some warm soap and water wouldn’t remove.) This final visit upset me on several levels but the most egregious was that I was repeatedly asked to disclose how much I paid for my brow tinting (at a permanent makeup salon.)
