Sunny's Salon and Beauty Supply

I would rate this establishment zero stars if possible. Unfortunately, they consistently lack the products I need, and the staff's need to watch as if you are going to steal is insane. After my most recent visit, I've decided not to return, especially since Hair Galleria in Knoxville offers superior products and service.

I use to work with Sunny temporary in a different salon. She has always been a great hairstylist and seemed very experienced. I was so impressed at her store!! I was looking for braiding hair that normally would have has to order at amazon and it was ready and available!!!😀 Thank you! Keep up the great work

Great prices, Great selection, kind and helpful service. Went here for my daughter's 20'th birthday for some nice wigs, hair, and accessories and I was blown away. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my daughter's experience at this salon/hair supply store was truly disappointing. She came in for service expecting professionalism, but instead encountered rudeness, disorganization, and an incomplete job that we had to fix elsewhere. This was 2 days before senior prom. First, the stylist seemed rushed from the moment she sat down. She barely listened to what was asked for and cut my daughter off mid-sentence. The job was sloppy and clearly unfinished. When she politely pointed this out, the sylitst (and owner) got defensive and dismissive instead of offering to make it right. To make matters worse, the rest of the staff was just as unfriendly. No greeting when she entered, no eye contact, and they acted like she was an inconvenience for asking a que
