Sunset Nails

Disappointed. When finished and I looked at my nails I saw it was all over and not straight along the cuticles and sides. I asked for it to be removed off the skin and evened out. They said that it would come off by washing my hands. It looks terrible. I wanted to treat myself and this is what my nails look like. It has not come off by washing my hands, showering, you name it.

My wife has been getting / maintaining acrylic nails for a year from Jeffrey. He did a “decent” job at that, but this last visit will be her last. She went in for a simple manicure, and it seemed as if it was BELOW them to do such a thing. Besides that, they did a horrible job, the nail polish was ‘old,’ too thick and very poorly shaped.

I have been going to Sunset Nails for years. They know me and know what I like! I am always satisfied with their service. My nails and brows are always on point!

They have changed from when I used to come years ago. They don't speak when you come in. That's rude greet your customers. She said it's her business and she doesn't have to speak to people. Disappointed by that but she did my nails good.

This place has changed. B4 I moved to Charlotte thry were much nicer and the wait wasn't long to do eyebrows. You only have 4 workers and 2 customers and you tell me 1 hr to do eyebrows. Yall can't multi task and yall are loosing business. Money is money no matter if it's $10, $25 yall should want to dedicate yourself to each customer. This is the 2nd time Nd you tell me to come back later so if I come back later and it's the same then what. This review will surely go a long way causing potential customers to not come.
