Good hair making skills but very poor customer service... men dominate this place if you want a more female customer oriented place you will be disappointed 😞

Solomon did an incredible job. He washed my hair, put in rollers, blow dried, trimmed my dead ends, and flat ironed all under 2 hours. For $80 more than worth it. I will be back again!

The worst hair salon. I left with a burning scalp after getting a silk press and now I have kerion on my scalp. I don’t know if they don’t sanitize their brushes but I absolutely dont recommend coming to this place.

This is a great natural hair salon in Falls Church, VA! The provide shampoo, conditioning, roller set, and flat iron along with other services. I have 4c hair and bring my Mousse with me. I ask them to apply the mousse for my roller set because my hair gets dry without it. They don’t have a problem with doing it. Good customer service and great prices! Just need to communicate with them:)

It was one of the worst experience I every had. The own not sure his name. Was extremely rude even to get an appointment. I did come late but he could have said reschedule for another day. Instead he contacted me and said so many horrible things before I stepped my foot into salon until I left. I will never in my life advice anyone to go there. Due to horrible service and name calling I received. I advice do not use this salon. I usually do not complain but when I do it must be real. But I would like to say thank you for lady that washed my hair. But then man there at the registrar he thinks he is still back home in Africa to talk to a women the way he spoke to me.
