I have been going here for over 5 years and have recommended this salon to everyone, however, I am super disappointed by the service and experience I had today. The photos were taken immediately after leaving the salon in my car. The staff were being extremely loud, yelling at each other and making the environment a bit tense. The tech doing my nails, who I’ve worked with tons of times and have generally had a good experience with, was very rough, cut my nails up, got blue and powder product all over my hands. I tried several times to tell her I did not like the shape and she kept saying she wasn’t done yet. My hands feel awful & I am actually embarrassed by these nails. I will be going to another salon for repair and most likely will not be returning.

I walked in asking for a manicure service. Was placed at the second to last chair on the left row when you walk in. The lady didn't give me a manicure. She didn't clean my nails, clip my nails, trim cuticles, put lotion on my hands, nothing. When I asked when is the manicure part coming she told me to stop talking. I told her don't ever talk to me like that. She started drilling layers of my nail off then drilling my cuticles off then drilling under my nail. I said no fake nail, she put powder fake nail then She painted my nail. I'm still waiting for the manicure which she refused to service. Disrespectful. I went to the closest nail shop to have them removed the destruction and clean my nails properly and be serviced a manicure which I needed in the beginning. The picture of what my cutic

Fast friendly service, I get a full set/pedicure service usually. If you're willing to come in early there is very little wait, even without calling ahead. It does get busy in the afternoon, but if you don't mind waiting when they are, they're pretty quick and always willing to try new designs and add bling and uniqueness to your nails. thank you to Lisa, for always treating me, and whoever I bring in, like queens every time we come in.

Ok I’m not sure who is giving “bad” reviews …… I’ve been going for years now…. More than 4 years!!!! Everyone has always done an excellent job! I’ve lived in LA and this shop is VERY clean ALWAYS professional!!!! Folks that are reporting bad service may have been in a rush. You do need to have patience it can take a while!!! Rushed service can leave to sloppy results! Most all the time I get hundreds of compliments!!!!!

I want to preface this review with I have—until yesterday—only had great experiences at this salon for more than 2 years and have referred numerous people here because the team has always been kind, professional, clean, and very well priced. However, my experience yesterday really soured how I felt and has caused me to not want to return. It is not due to the quality of my nails either—they came out exactly how I asked, that’s not an issue whatsoever. I had a nail tech who I was not familiar with before, she was very kind and friendly. The incident that occurred, and truthfully disgusted me, was she received a cut on the underside of her hand on her ring finger, basically where she was holding my hand.
