I don’t normally frequent ANY hair stores and I make all of my own natural hair and body products at home because I had a TERRIBLE experience with being racially profiled when I was 18. I vowed to NEVER step foot in another one. Anyway, I ran out of an ingredient & decided to go to the store & was surprised with how welcoming, helpful, attentive, & advising everyone was. They have huge selections on EVERYTHING no matter what you need THEY have it all. I’ve come here a few times since they opened. I love ALL of their selections. Their loc jewelry & vegan dyes & vegan shampoos & conditioners and vegan products are PLENTIFUL. They have a very nice press on nail and nail gem selection. They have plenty of options but pricing is ridiculous and the attitudes of the cashiers is unacceptable. Never greet their customers and always angry.

Customer service was really poor. The young ladies at the register act like they hate their job. They are not welcoming and personally I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

This location is BAD. Most of the products are DUPES. Also the customer service is terrible and staff are robots. Spend your money somewhere else!!!!

If i could give it zero stars I would. I literally just left there and the customer service was so subpar I immediately looked them up to write this review. I went the store was not greeted...I greeted them...they weren't busy clearly as I was the only customer in the store...I asked where I could find their relaxers I was told aisle 7...I walked to the aisle and one of their employee's was blocking it like he was the doorman at the club and I wasn't hot enough to get in...I had to ask him to excuse me so I could get by...found what I wanted to purchase but there wasn't any neutralizing shampoo...I then saw another employee walking up the next aisle...I said excuse me to get his attention...he kept walking acting like he didn't hear me...so I walked out of my aisle into his and said loude
