I walked in and a woman was behind the counter. She looked at me and I met her gaze with a smile and said Hi, how are you. She did not smile, which is not too bad. BUT she also did not speak. Instead she stared for a few moments then turned her head back to whatever she was looking down at before I walked in. I walked around for a few seconds and decided to just ask for what I was looking for. I walked over to her at the counter with a smile on my face and said excuse me, do you carry, I then named the brand I was looking for. She did not look up at me. She just shook her head no. I just nodded more to myself and said yea, I'm leaving and will never come back. I don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out but I do expect professionalism and a shred of customer service any place I am choos

the lady behind the counter was so sweet!! when I was abt to get my hair braided and was looking at the hair packs, I couldn't find my shade until she came and handed me the shade, just by eyeing my hair. they have good costs too.

This used to be my fav beauty supply store in the area. Over 10 years and then they got the braiders in the back and they let them “help” customers. They never have the prices the same on any of the same items and so they just make up prices at the register. The owners won’t even ring U up anymore. They walk off. Everything here is priced double for the area. I only go in emergencies now

Like the only place open Sunday to get hair supplies! Clean, organized and helpful staff. I managed to even get some braiding hair on sale!! Typical items you'd find in a beauty supply store. Located next to Sam's Pizza in a shopping center.

I walked in to the store to purchase a wig and the cashier and one of the Nigerian hair braiders were arguing which let to more arguing in their braiding room in the back. Needless to say I left the establishment.
