Super Beauty

It was great and Tony the manager of the store is always so gracious to us. Went to find particular products Man Priddy and The NakedFace. These are all natural and organic mens and womens skin and hair products, and he happened to have them since a lot of stores don't carry them. If you are looking for these products too, Super Beauty has them. Overall has everything in the store you could imagine and more.

The store itself is great, but the customer service wasn't. There is a language barrier, and no one was available to translate. I was coming from an hour away. I'm thankful they had the item that I was looking for because I would have made a big scene.

This store has a very large selection of products and hair. The quality of those items are hit-and-miss. Some things are notably overpriced, while others are notably available online at a much lower price in general. I've had several experiences where items were missing from my bag. I didn't discover them missing until I got home and tore my car apart looking for it. I don't know if the store keeps the phone off the hook or what, but they not do not answer the line, it is busy almost always. The staff could definitely benefit from some soft skills training on customer service.

Way too much inventory everywhere. Hopefully they were able to get it all put away.
