I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I attempted to exchange an unopened, sealed hair relaxer, and was told exchanges were not allowed — even though the printed receipt policy does not list relaxers as final sale items. The policy only specifies hair color, used or opened products, and certain other categories. When I asked for clarification or to see where relaxers were included in the policy, I was still refused without a clear explanation. Policies should be applied consistently and transparently, especially when they’re printed on the receipt. I won’t be returning and would not recommend shopping here if you expect fair or clearly communicated return policies.

Listen find another spot....TOO TOO many items not priced. This is because it's over priced & they will not refund or even exchanged when it's clearly not be used or open. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Pertaining to her response.......do the math. The items were purchased on 22 October, not 3 weeks at all. Not even 2 weeks as of today. I was away 24-27 October in Texas due to a death in my Family. So, if you had prices clear and in plain sight what day I purchased would not be discussed...period! The items not priced is the huge issue, because you know they are overly priced.

Really nice beauty supply store! Well stocked, clean, and the pretty cashier was super nice! They have a large selection for the cosmetic section (makeup, nails, eyelashes, and skincare). I recommend this location! Only confusing thing is the sign on the front door that says “please leave bags at front of store”. I asked the cashier about it and said it’s just for shopping bags, I assumed it meant my purse…

If I could give this place a 0 star I WOULD, cashier or whoever picked up the phone when I called was VERY RUDE. I asked a question to see if they had something in stock before I made a VERY long drive there and he/she hung up in my face without answering ? You call that 4 star customer service? Yeah right absolutely unacceptable will never be shopping here don’t even bother half the reviews on this place is HORRIBLE.

I understand all sales are final but you should also be nice to your customers because I get I picked up the wrong product but you also did not have them on the correct self. I wanted a shampoo and a conditioner and I read the spots on the shelf that said shampoo and conditioner. How was I suppose to realize that you put the product in the wrong spot. Instead or refunding or giving a store credit they said all sales are final and wouldn’t give me anything. Even though I never opened it didn’t touch it they said it’s an unsealed product they can not take it back. I know they won’t care but customer just lost. All you had to do was be nice and fix your error. Who ever restocks needs to pay more attention too. At first glance the products look exactly alike. So again it should be on the corr
