Super Nail Spa

They did a good job on my nails. Nothing special. Pricing was ok. The store is in a good area, but it was such a ghost town when I went. The tech was very polite, but worked a bit slow. This place has so much potential, but I don't know.

Unprofessional behavior not only from front desk but from manager as well. Booked an appointment to then be told no appointment was made. When addressing the negligence clearly from the woman behind the desk who didn’t do her job she decides to act clueless and rude behind why she can’t make an appointment. Last time I checked it is your job as the front desk individual to book appointments. To then turn around and act oblivious is completely ridiculous. Then for the manager to not even want to address this problem and not want any type of resolution just reflects how poor they actually care about keeping customers. When you hire people who will represent your business in such a classless and ridiculous manner just shows why no one should waste their money there at this establishment.

Been going here for yrs. Austin is the best!
