My friend said I shouldn’t pay for tips but I still pay more than 18% because skill is okay and process was fast. That’s why I give two star. But I won’t come back again because I really won’t appreciate their service. They never smiled at me except when I walked in and said ’if I can do my nail here’. And no body introduced the price to me since it was the first time I went there. They just asked me picture and nobody ask me if I want to do extension or what materials I want or do I need extra services. Every time I said could you please modify here she was very impatient and after she modify she shakes her head and use different language complain with her co workers. I swear I was very polite. This salon is a hidden gem. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I’ll never go anywhere else. Tina is absolutely amazing and she can do anything you request. Super Nails brings you a luxury experience at a fair price.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Lisa!! I always get exactly what I ask for!! And the guy doing the pedicures is great!! I’ve been to salons in the past and left the pedicure chair bleeding because the person didn’t realize that my feet didn’t require you to scrape a layer of skin off to get them smooth. This is my go-to place for nails in Metairie. Everyone there is so welcoming, friendly, and skilled. Tina makes all my "fun" nail dreams a reality. Whether they're working on my natural nails or acrylics, they do a great job. I've gotten gel, dip, and designs and they're all enjoyable and affordable.
