I had the worst experience at this nail spa. The technician who did my nails didn’t speak any English, which made communication very difficult and left me feeling uncomfortable about voicing my concerns during the appointment. Unfortunately, the service itself was far below acceptable. He cut my cuticles so badly that one finger was cut deeply and bled throughout the entire appointment. Instead of properly cleaning and treating the area, he applied some kind of oil but kept pressing the tip of the bottle against my nail, which only made things worse and more painful. By the end, there was still dried blood on my nail, showing that it wasn’t cleaned properly at all. I also showed him a nail inspo photo and picked out a color, but the final result looked nothing like what I asked for. The

My acrylic nails looked like they were done at home. It was already chirping off as soon as I got them done. I get it was regular but you can’t send a customer home with half dried nails. Paid $43, could’ve paid $10 more and got better nails. Also they didn’t even touch my cuticles before putting on the acrylics. Not happy and won’t be going back.

Sanitation is below standard. Steer clear of this place for your personal health. The staff is very kind but sanitation can not be overlooked especially not with something as sensitive as your fingers, and toes. Please do better.

I'm very upset as what was suppose to be relaxing , and what should've been me coming out fresh the nail salon , was a NO ! I went in to do a gel manicure and gel pedicure , I asked for a light tone for base and French tip color which was a black, grey shiny color . The lady did my toes pretty, and I was expecting after my toes she would do my gel manicure because from the times I have been there, it is usually the case . Not this time .. I'm assuming that they had more clients for pedicure so the girl had to do someone else's toe . The man by the window with glasses did my nails , at first they looked ok , then he tried to do the French , and kept doing it WROng ! It's not that hard to do French , he then proceeded to say my "nail was to small"but yet he filed it all the way! They were

They really need to hire a cleaning service once in a while and wipe down everything. They also don’t sterilize so beware… They are slightly cheaper (10-20$) than a lot of places. The prices on the booking website aren’t correct. My acrylic with design and soak of were $70.
