Super Star Nails & Spa

I get pedicures monthly, sadly I was very disappointed in this one. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and it was over in less than 30 minutes. I'm now walking around with a limp because of how painful my big toe feels after she ripped skin and caused quite an uncomfortable open wound on my toe. Similar to other reviews, the place didn't feel very clean; none of the workers spoke much or seemed very happy, most were eager to finish so they could play on their phones. It was not a very pleasant experience.

I enjoy this salon so much it has became my favorite spot to go to! I don’t go anywhere else anymore because I have found quality work at Super Star Nails! I got a pedicure with Gel and a manicure with Dip powder for the second time! The last time I had them done they lasted weeks ‼️. Dedication and perfection is what Nina provides at her nail salon ! 💅🏻 ✨ . If you are looking for a good place, this is it. Where they take their time and make it enjoyable for their clients! I also got my eyebrows done and Nina does a nice job at keeping my eyebrows in shape 💖!!! They also have TV screens playing relaxing music with beautiful scenaries that you forget about your whole day.

Quite possibly the most unsanitary and overall bad pedicure I have gotten in a long time. Gentleman that did my nails did not speak to me once. Tools used were not from a prepackaged clean set. Nail file was clearly used. He “cleaned” the foot scrubber and cheese grater in the same foot water my feet were soaking in. Color is not even and he applied it so thickly it’s not drying in a reasonable time. If you’re looking for safe or clean work, don’t come here. I’m just hoping I don’t pick up someone’s foot fungus after all of that.

Went by today and had the worst experience. I asked him for another coat because it was super transparent, and he said no. I asked him again, and he said he wasn't doing 3 coats only 2. ? What the hell is wrong with him. I spent 130 total, and he didn't get me what I asked for. Never again!!!

Good and clean. Nice customer service. Had relaxing music for about half the time and nothing after. TV had no subtitles. Otherwise, nails are done to perfection and looking fab.
