Lousy customer service. No one asked me if I needed help. People were loading shelves, but we're not helpful at all. I had to ask the young woman at the sales counter to help me. She was trying to check people out and assist me as well. The owners were not friendly and not accommodating. Very bad service. I will not return.

If I could give 0 that would definitely would have been the rating. Ask 2 people for assistance neither assist was look in this row till the last row for hair . Horrible customer service stop at this location it was closes to me for hair products I needed never again.

This place disgusts me. The cashier (I think the owner) was rude. And the prices are high. My experience reminded me of why I stopped coming to these beauty supply stores years ago. Zero stars, if it were possible.

The cashier at the front is always very friendly and courteous. I like her! I wanted to get a wig. No one to help you in the back. I saw an employee working on the shelves. (With ponytail) This occured on Sunday 09/14/25 at around 3pm. I asked her for help. She was so curt with me and acted like I was such a bother to her. I found a wig. Asked her what other colors were available. She was like, "There's no other colors in the back." She was so mean. I just rushed and bought the ONE wig that supposedly she had of this kind and wanted to just hurry on up out of this store. I'm getting to really despise these beauty supply stores. The aisles are just too tight to walk around in. There's no one available to help you. When you ask for something, the employees act like you are such a bother. I'

They treated me so rude !! waited the. because i wanted 20 nose rings they was locked. and i came to the register and she told me step aside and took the costumers behind me! mind you ive been waiting 10 mins .
