All staff was very friendly and nice. Sarah Bull-Cooper did a fabulous cut and style. Really enjoyed the time with Sarah. She cut and styled my hair in a way that gave it bounce and new life It was a great experience and I will go back for sure!!

I checked in for services online prior to my arrival. When I walked into the store, no stylists were there. The salon was empty. A stylist walked in behind me about a minute later and greeted me. They didn't log into the computer prior to serving me, so they ended up giving me additional services (Tea Tree Wash) that I didn't want. The stylist took off more length than I asked for. Other customers came in and had to wait for my stylist to text the other stylists to come back to work. On top of all this, my hair came out completely uneven with my hair parted in the middle, which I didn't realize until I had gotten home. I'm just really disappointed, and now, I have to pay again to get my hair fixed. I wouldn't recommend going here.

Cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted with the photo references I had and helped me with a scalp issue I was struggling with. But I didn't realize she was styling my hair until it was too late and it was so bad I had to cancel lunch with my friends to wash my hair. The photos I used had no styling to the haircut and if she had asked me, I would have told her not to style it as I never style my hair. But she was very nice and the haircut and scalp treatment help was otherwise a 5/5.

I walked in near closing but was still greeted with a smile. I had a more difficult cut than most but both stylists worked together to get me what I wanted. It was 5 minutes from closing when my cut was finished but they still did the conditioning treatment that needs to sit under the dryer 15 minutes. I appreciate the perfectionism.

Me and my boyfriend came in to get him a haircut after years of me cutting it myself. We figured anyone in the profession could do it better than me.. well not at this place. I gave them four or five different example pictures and the lady cut my boyfriend‘s hair 2 to 3 inches shorter than the picture showed. The whole point of me cutting his hair was so that no one would cut too much off of it and our worst nightmare happened and she only took two minutes doing it and she had just came in from smoking a cigarette and didn’t even wash her hands. BARF. The lack of care is unacceptable. I guess you get what you pay for but that was honestly a horrendous experience.. I wasn’t expecting someone to botch it that bad.
