Edit: The manager Justine called me and asked me to come in so she could fix my hair herself. I was a bit hesitant to come back, but she did an amazing job at listening to and addressing my concerns. My hair looks great and I am very happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be coming back to her for any future haircuts. Thank you Justine! I am sad to leave this review since I was originally very happy with my haircut I got today and my stylist was great. Right when I got home I had to go to work so I had to pull my hair back. When I got off of work and went to straighten my hair, I found that some parts are longer in the front than in the back, which is not what my reference photo looked like at all. I really want it fixed so I can wear my hair down!

I had a really disappointing experience. I only wanted a very slight trim to remove my split ends — just cutting a little, almost nothing at all. In the end, they barely cut anything, and it didn’t feel like my split ends were properly trimmed. They were the ones who suggested doing a wet cut. My hair was completely soaked, and when I asked for it to be dried properly, they told me it would cost an additional $15 just to dry my hair. That’s ridiculous, especially since the wet cut was their suggestion. On top of that, my front bangs were cut unevenly, yet I was still charged $29. Overall, very unhappy with the service and pricing. I won’t be coming back. Good luck to anyone considering visiting them.

I just received one of the best haircuts I have had in a very long time from Kara. She did an unbelievable job! You can tell she knows how to cut hair! She was also very nice.And we had a good conversation!
