Supercuts

I believe I was serviced by the manager, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I asked for curtain bangs, blended layers, and to have my split ends trimmed. My bangs are noticeably uneven, the layers don’t blend at all, and she didn’t even touch my split ends. It honestly looks like one section of hair was cut and the rest was ignored. I also wish I had caught the stylist’s name — she was not friendly, barely spoke to me, and came across short and rude. For the price and professionalism I expected, this was a huge letdown. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience.

Sometime back in 2006 I tried to get a haircut here. First time trying to pay someone to cut my hair. My parents or myself cut my own hair my entire life (buzz cuts). Unconfident teenage me walks in, and I ask if I can get a haircut. The lady at the front desk tells me, "No". The place is literally empty and no one is doing anything. So I leave. I might have paid for five haircuts in my entire life at this point. In large part because of the awful experience here. Why deal with the attitude of some staff? Why risk an awful haircut just because they're having a bad day?

I hate to leave a bad review anywhere, and I usually wouldn’t do this, but this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I asked for a wolf cut with curtain bangs and showed multiple pictures. I also had to explain step by step and demonstrate with my fingers, how to cut my hair which was hard because I am not a hair stylist, but I told her I wanted face framing bangs that blended into the rest of my hair. I already had curtain bangs but just said I want them how they are but shorter because they were grown out. She cut my bangs straight across my forehead so short above my eyebrows and didn’t really do anything else. I didn’t even end up getting a trim around the rest of my hair. She didn’t really introduce herself to me so I do not know her name but the name I saw on the bus

LJ did me right. She even added lavender to my hot towels, I was in Heaven. My curtain bangs are even and blended well along with the layers throughout my length. I love the natural scent options for the shampoo and deep conditioning. She made me feel welcome and set my social anxiety at ease. Thank you LJ at Supercuts!

My two year old is obsessed with Spider-Man and I think her name was Bobbie. She did a spiderweb design in his hair and made his day.
