I took my children to get trims on 6/6/24. Granted my one daughter has very thick curly hair. All the stylist had to do was take 1-1.5 inches off her entire head . After to wetting my daughters hair and brushing it out with her first cut she took off 4-6 inches!!! In what world is that a trim?!?!? I was freaking out but remained calm bc I didn’t want my daughter to freak out. I figured it’s too late now I have to just go with it. She continued to just randomly cut my daughter’s hair. I encouraged my daughter by saying “it’s shorter than you wanted! But it’s adorable!” Today I blow dried her hair so you can see the HATCHET JOB this woman did. Her hair is 20 different lengths. I went here to get a haircut , wash & blow dry. I was really disappointed with the service provided despite it not being busy either. The lady who cut my hair left my hair really damp at the end of my haircut & did not want to finish blow drying my hair either. I ended up drying my hair on my own using their blow dryer.

The lady who works here is very nice but unfortunately wasn't able to give a proper blowout. She complained my hair is too fine but I get blowouts often and it's not a problem. Unfortunately I wasted my money because she did not do a good job 😕 She couldn't get it straightened and it was very poofy, but she said it's all she could do and left it and still charged me full price.

I love this place, Zhana is an amazing hairdresser. She does her work with care and passion. Whenever I do highlight with her, I always get compliments and it’s truly amazing job she does. The price is also reasonable
