Superior Nails

The worst experience ever. I had gorgeous long natural nails. When i told him the issues he told me ohh go shorter and I said no. Now all acrylic build up is different on all nails. All shapes are weird now and not okay and have dents. The polish stayed tacky and isn't good on the edges at all. They charged me 50 and said nothing could be done

From here on out I will look at reviews before I walk into any establishment I’m getting services from! Walk right on out! That’s what I should have done! I hope you read this, the lady who’s done eyebrows for 30 years! I said I want my eyebrows pretty she first said you don’t have much hair on the side of your brows! Oh I know but I do have ink there they were micro bladed before. I should have walked out then . I had to tell her that they were different my brows! You say 30 years of experience. I went this morning at 10:08 am for a soak off and to get my pedicure redone. I told the lady three times I have until 11:15 am to leave. No one was in the shop but me. The lady wouldn't let anyone else work on my nails as she did my pedicure. With about 30 minutes left I told her "excuse me can we start working on my soak off" she told me not until she finished my pedicure. She cut me while working on my cuticles before even working on my nails. With about 15 minutes left she proceeded cut the acrylic off and then use a nail tip to pry the acrylic off my nail bed. Unsurprisingly it hurt extremely bad, I yanked my hand away and told her I asked for a soak off not whatever she was doing. To which she responded "you don't have enough time for a soak off." I came in 4/21/25 Let me start off by saying my pedicure was AMAZING. My nails look great. She was great 10/10.. BUT My gel full set not so much.. he didn’t trim my cuticles.. i don’t think my set will last very long. He barley said a word to me so it was an awkward experience for me..

The nail technician, Nancy, did an excellent job! She removed the old acrylic nails, fast and painless, did exactly what I want. I’m excited and ready to celebrate Christmas and New Year!! ✨ I’ll be back for round two!!
