The day that I got my hair done, I liked it. But, the following week, my braids in the back of my hair slipped out, and my braids on top were frizzy. I kindly texted her and asked her could I come in to get my hair touched up, she never responded until I had to text a second time. After that, I was extremely turned off with her professionalism and just let it be. To add, the method to her knotless is sloppy IMO. Some parts were bigger and bulkier than some other braids. Also, with her using A LOT of hair products the ends of my hair in a lot of braids were sticking out. Nonetheless, it was a learning experience for sure. She did amazing washing/ conditioning my hair. She also did an amazing Job with my eyebrows. But the lemonade/knotless service that I received wasn’t up to par.

I took my 8 year old to get her hair done and JuNesha was so patient and gentle with her. She explained what products she was using on her hair and why. I was so pleased with the experience I booked an appointment for my 5 year old. My daughter loves her hair and can’t wait for next time. Her hair looks great and she can’t stop talking about it!

JurNesha did my four year old daughter’s hair which is never an easy task.
